Do you fold? Do you roll? Do you pack with your best clothes, dresses shirts etc at the top and underneath is the plain t's and shorts? Do you put your shoes in bags or are you a sole scrubber? Do you take more clothes than you need? are you a shove it all in last minute?

South Wales

Shoes at the end and then roll up the rest with anything breakable like wine put in between the clothes.

I like to travel light.

Cram a few essentials into a small drawstring bag last minute.

Buy anything I need when I get there

If you’re at the supermarket checkout, heavy stuff goes at the bottom of your bag.

If you’re packing a rucksack for a hike, heavy stuff goes at the top.

Oh - and when you’re flying anything you’ll need to take out for security goes on top. Toiletries, laptop, etc.

Because nobody wants to be the dickhead who holds up the queue.

For a holiday then I'm:

- Have a list of all items needed,

- Set out everything from said list I can, at least a week before in a pile ready to go into bag

- Make separate list of last minute bits

- At least a couple of days before start to pack bag

- Roll clothes to prevent creasing

- Shoes in bags at the bottom

- Washbag to the side incase of leaks

- If theres still room then add more clothes

Ugh, packing order. Why is there always a packing order and why am I not packed first by the best people (harrrumph).

I’m a quick packer. I don’t tend to fret about needing lots of different outfits so I just take necessities. Blokes have it easy in this regard, I think.

I try to travel light. I'm pretty good at fitting lots in a small space.

I used to drive a mini and its amazing how much you can buy from IKEA and fit into it.

I've moved house over the years with just my car.

I'm a nightmare at the shops though. Fling it all in as I feel under pressure with the super speed scanning they do in Aldi!

I pack parcels for a living right now so I'm quite qualified at it

Fit the big stuff in first, the medium stuff next and the little stuff in around it all. Simples
