Apologies for the confusion OP. I call plain cotton full briefs period pants. Because that's what we had to wear when you were younger and started your period. Thankfully I no longer need them.

But thinking about it now if a hottie was wearing period pants, would I still think she looked sexy?! Yes most definitely.
