Take a pic of the ingredients list with your phone and zoom in. People will assume you're doing some marvellously cool thing with a fancy app. They won't realise you're just trying to read the too damn small print.

I started wearing them in my teens, and think I look odd without them now. I can see well enough without thought which is handy. I always think keeping them on in bed is a bit like wearing socks.
