My interpretation of a dad bod is not someone with a beer belly. It's not chubby and not skinny and not athletic. It's just average, a bit of extra padding, but not completely out of condition. Able to walk up a hill without collapsing, but not able to run up it.

Yeah for me dad bod total turn off. Need someone who takes care of themselves and has great stamina. A man who can run up and down Ben Nevis is very hot! A guy who just sits and watches TV every night eating junk food, no thanks.

Arnie in his prime would be absolutely dwarfed these days by the top guys! They have muscles growing muscles it's nuts

Personally, I don't train to look good for anyone, I do it because I enjoy it. If there are women out there who appreciate it then great, even if there wasn't it wouldn't stop me.

We all have reasons for looking the way we do and given how diversively subjective looks are, there's someone out there for all of us
