Hey, We are up in London on the Saturday night (22nd) before the marathon and wondered if anyone doing it fancies "unwinding" in our hotel room before the big day?

We will be staying in Hammersmith and free after 6:30pm

Neither of us are running, G is supporting runners for work.

I would imagine most runners would be conserving their energy for the day ahead! But good luck in your search!

Isn’t there some research that indicates that professional athletes who abstain from sex have higher testosterone levels and it therefore improves performance? Or is that an old wives tale?

couple, us we him her.

I don't think you'll get many takers unless it's helpers or other halves.

I used to abstain for a week before a race.

As Rocky's trainer used to say

"WOMEN WEAKEN LEG'S"

Maybe it’s a hand job and a bowl of penne being offered? Nothing wrong with a bit of pre-race pastabation…

When you reach advanced status does it change from recluse to hermit?

If so where do I sign up I want to be a hermit.

*nodding sagely*

But you need to give evidence of having turned your home into a cave, by that stage
