You can get a cat sprinkler with a pir that detects movement.

Cats will avoid the area.

Brambles.

Snip some off some wild brambles, distribute around the lawn, they won’t come back.

water the cats its harmless but cats don't like water so you've obviously gotta wait until you see them unless you put a sensored water sprinkler system in but i found a bowl of water or hose pipe the best way
