If they didn't reply to the first one they won't get the next one, its set up so if they don't answer you can't bother them again

We use it as a way to show there’s interest based on their profile and pics. It’s just a lot easier than sending a thousand messages a week! If we get one back then we message, if we don’t then we just leave it there

We wink profiles we like, if they wink back we'll message.
