You know the program.

You Invite some Fab friends around for dinner, you offer a 3 course meal with a theme, and usually have silly relevant names to them.

So what are you serving and what we they called?

Here’s what i offer on my menu.

Do you Cray’ve something?

Crayfish chowder

Get Smashed with my big long one!

*cumberland sausage ring with smashed potato

Iced CREAM Kissed with passion

fruity ice-cream with passion fruit drizzled over it.

Macaroni cheese Bombs. Served on a salad with a smokey tomato dip. I'd buy then from M&S and pass them off as my own because I've no shame.

Main course

Slow cooked lamb casserole with mash and honey and orange glazed carrots.

Dessert

Raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake with prosecco ice cream and a frozen strawberry daiquiri shot on the side.

You'll Cream Over This - Roasted chicken breasts (skin on and bone in) served with a white wine and marscapone sauce. Sautéed new potatoes and buttered green beans

Why does it have to be dinner?

Why not breakfast?

Such as:

Warm Energy Balls drizzled with icing to a perfect shiny glaze (coconut, oats, quinoa, etc etc etc)

Stuffed til they burst pancake rolls (assorted fruits rolled inside a fresh, light cake with cream and syrup)

And my world famous Slutty Coffee.

(French press. Sumatra beans, hints of mexican vanilla and the rich velvety texture of creamy toffee and foamed milk.)
