"Poached egg on toast

Love a poached egg I find hard to get them perfect though.

My fool proof method. Bring water to the boil. Crack the egg on and then immediately turn take off the heat. Start your timer and pop a lid on the pan. 3 minutes later, poached perfection. I won a 'poach off' with friends using this method

J"

I have 2 eggs left and I am going to try this method. Thanks

I like to make frittata with veggies or a toastie with ham, cheese and tomato.

Ham and cheese toastie for me as well. My choice when I am tired and want something without a fuss...

With a coffee?"

Noooooo that's not the type of bagel you'd have coffee with

"Chicken Dippers with thick gravy in a crusty bread sandwich.

Love dipper's not sure on the gravy though, only on a roast dinner or chips for me."

Don't knock it until you try it!
