Last night was my new specialty of chilli con carne on potato waffles with grated cheese, whacked under the grill and a big dollop of sour cream on top... bloody lovely.

I'm gonna saute some garlic, onion +mushrooms in butter, blitz some cashews +cream and finish with parsley, seasoning +lemon and have it with some toasted fig +walnut bread from my local bakery

.. I gotta brave the torrential downpour to get parsley +lemon tho
