Genuine masseuses advise needed . Recently had shoulder surgery 2 months ago. On the waiting lift for physio etc but he said to sort my own massage. Any on here in the north west?

Most NHS physio these days won't even lay hand on you.

According to the physio

I saw last mth they don't do it now and due to evidence based changes within the service they give people series of excises to do themselve .and trying to get to see ones a nitemare as they were redeployed during covid and such back log .

Why??"
