We are a bi couple who meet bi folks but continuously get bombarded by straight guys even though it’s clear on profile. Anyone else experience same timewasting and thoughtless messages? We now no longer reply and just block.

It's a general guy problem none of us read

We have filtered out their messages that way you can be more selective I you find a guy you both like the look of you can message them and they can message back in return

Highly likely they know it won't get a response regardless so just send a message anyway and hope for the best. Throw enough stones, you are bound to hit a target eventually.

Use message filters and block single guys.

Then you can message the ones you like the look of.

The site has this feature to put you in control and keep you safe.

Use it or keep getting messages you don't want.

I get a lot of messages from men miles away, even though I state only profile Bridgwater only. I fear the only way to stop this, is to block men from messaging and do own searching...

Although my current status seems to be doing the job.

I do notice though OP that the bit about straight men is right down the bottom of your text. It may be helpful in cutting down the unwanted messages to move it higher up.

We get people from all genders making demands for stuff we are not looking for most days.

Block and delete are a blessing.

To us that’s not bi-curious. T is happy to be naked around other men as I am women but he has no physical interest in men at all. Whereas I have played with women in the past and wouldn’t rule it out in the future but don’t seek them out.

As soon as the social event we're organising in May is done single guy filters will be immediately re-applied. We don't mind talking but not if we've stated what we're looking for and the person either can't be arsed to read or choses to ignore what we're looking for.

Can't wait to get filters back and we can do the looking...

I'm straight and not looking for any guys, and yet I get messages from local and long distance asking to meet.

Sometimes I delete and other times I ask, meet for what? They answer with sex of some kind and then I simple say but I'm only looking for women. One guy actually kept going for 4 messages, before he got the message.

Its very limited to who does read profiles, doesn't make a difference if they are single or a couple. They message you and you dnt reply or you do reply sometimes we end up getting a nasty message back. All because they cnt read a profile thats the idea of them so people can match what your looking for or close to matching it.
