Peeling myself off the sofa and making bath bombs with our daughter whilst the boys are out.

1 - I'm not feeling great today.

2 - the feel of baking powder is not at the top of my favourite thing to do list.

Depressed and was not feeling great about herself.

This morning there was a moment that felt like perfect family time. My husband and I were playing a board game. The eldest was playing a word game on the computer. Daughter was happily building with the Duplo, and the youngest was building towers with wooden blocks.

I was proud that we were actually a functional family - all happy. It didn't last long before arguments and mess commenced mind

Absolutely well done, I stopped about 10 years ago after years of trying patches, inhalators, h y p n o therapy, acupuncture and different prescribed tablets. I just stopped one day and haven’t vaped or touched another ciggy since. It’s so hard to stop and you deserve a huge well done

The bairns and being a dad to them, I think how grateful I am every day that my son chose to stay with me after his mother left and how I must have at least done something right in this life, my daughter was over for the weekend and on Friday night she was playing Xbox in the living room with her brother helping her and watching them interact and laugh and get along made me so happy and proud of them both

I'm going to be an awful person now. And it's really shallow and I don't give a fuck.

I'm proud of myself for uploading a photo of me in all my chubby glory. Not carefully angling, cropping. Just a night where I felt cute, was excitedly getting ready to go out and knew I was seeing someone very dear to me. I like my face. I'll never be sexy but I can take pride in me.

And it's got to page 2. So I can't be that awful looking.

I’m proud that after being diagnosed with Lymphoma (a blood cancer) in October I have managed to compete 6 cycles of chemotherapy whilst managing to carry on with a ‘normal’ life. I continued to work full time and tried to carry on with some form of exercise where i could. I had bad days. I had very bad days. I had good days.

Now I just really want to enjoy the summer and regain some semblance of my ‘pre-diagnosis’ life.
