In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

Anyone here know that meditating breathing thingy?

I feel like a collective calming breath session may be needed.

Also it's fun watching the boobs go up and down

Wait why do we need to calm down? I've missed it.

I'm having a great morning, only just got out of bed to make coffee. And then back to bed I shall go. No breathing* needed.

*I mean, yeah. Obviously actual breathing.

If I'm concentrating I do have a tendency to hold my breath without knowing I'm actually doing it.

We can be weird together, it's ok.

I'm just having that "there could be some chill required" kind of feeling. It's Sunday. Could go either way.

What's with all these people being in bed or back to bed? I've been up and dressed ages!

*don't not breathe. Top tip of the day.

Meditation, Mindful breathing and all that popular stuff is very good for you!

I just do normal run of the mill breathing usually.

Currently listening to Otis Reading whilst cooking vanilla and coconut pancakes

I'm worryingly impressed with the fact you are so blasé about the normal breathing. After all, it seems I'm not the only one to struggle with that.

It's nice that you can do it

The one I went to was all framed in a wonderful loving way. Really open, I felt safe to share. It was a welcoming physical space too, warm. I did let some kind of emotion out, but there were some who were really letting it all out. Screaming and crying. Perhaps if I did it again, I’d have opened up more, not sure. I also felt strange being naked, which isn’t like me!

Overall, I’d say, if you’re curious, definitely go for it. A lot of people left looking like a weight had been lifted.

This sounds wonderful! Yoga is a thing in our house. I do the bendy bits but George goes in for the breath stuff too. This though… group nakedness can quite bonding, and a space to feel safe yet vulnerable with strangers… sounds good! Xx
