"Sexy to me is definitely a state of mind. (for me) People can tell me I look sexy until they are blue in the face, but if I don't feel it it's not real. I do struggle to take care of myself due to chronic illness and I believe its what stops me from 'feeling sexy' But giving myself time and effort does pay off sometimes. A nice long soak. Doing my hair and makeup. Painting my nails. The little things I do for me make me feel Womanly.
