I have to drive in it - no excuse for not getting in to work unless it is seriously bad and I cannot get the car out!

Learned to drive in Germany and was taught to start in second gear in snow to avoid wheel spin

have to drive in it both to get to and at my work not looking forward to it in a truck tho not fun after last years 360% spin proper scary stuff .

am more woriied about the idiots who drive to fast and to close for the conditions

I don't mind driving in it. If it gets too bad I can put on the hiking boots and walk to work.

I don't like driving in snow but would if I had to. In my job though, half an inch of snow usually results in the whole establishment being closed.

My route to and from work is a main bus route, hence it will be kept clear, and I shall go to work as normal.

I cannot wait to drive in it, I love it, but on the other hand I'll believe it when I see it.

I've lost track of how many times the Daily Mail has mentioned the predicted minus 15C and the 12" of snow that are set to 'blanket' the country and lead to 'treacherous' driving conditions. Dare say if they run the story often enough, the law of averages says that eventually they'll be right.....
