Ok boys and girls and all those in-between. It's time again for your favourite Agony Aunt, so anything you need help with ask away and I shall give you my advice.

Auntie, I'm considering taking a retinue of Fab women to Afternoon Tea. How many would make the ideal tea quorum?

Two anymore than that and you're being greedy.

I personally prefer one on one far more intimate and personal.

I don't know where to start Wendi had a shit week made all the wrong decisions. Got drawn into stuff that was triggering Woke up today anniversary of my dad's death feeling a bit crap.

Called my bessie because that's what we do. She's in tears for two hours because her dad is in hospital on his last legs with lung cancer. Which is fine obviously, she needs me that's cool.

But I am kinda drained... I dunno maybe I should just say fuck it and go bowling? Fix a Caucasian?

We all need to recharge every now and then.

If bowling makes you happy and is a stress relief go do it.

Sorry to hearabout your friends dad and yours, we all need to vent to.

Find something you enjoy doing and that should hopefully help lift your mood.

" thanks Wendi that did actually make me feel a little better!"

Ahh glad to be of service.

It's human nature to want to vent with how you're feeling today, it'll always be a hard day for you no matter how many years pass.

Just remember to do something for you today.

Dear Aunti Wendi,

As a woman of 'a certain maturity' I've been having some hormonal challenges over the past six months or so, which have sent my mojo into hibernation.

How can I persuade my mojo back out to play?

There's plenty of supplements you can take that'll increase your libido.

Just do a wee goggle search to find out which will help.

Also ask your doctor to do a full blood work to see if you're lacking in anything.

Thank you Auntie Wendi,

It's more my confidence than my libido that's gone into hiding. But I'm sure the sunshine we're having (and the vitamin D it provides) will help with that! x

Looking at your profile you've nothing not to be confident about.

Try a high vitamin d supplement as we don't get enough of it here and low vitamin d contributes to alot of ailments.
