So I broke down and said fuck it let's try something different tonight. Purchased Aldi's freemont fish and chips. Any suggestions for spices? Or just the way they are.

What was it like? I'd put either tartare sauce, or a bit of curry sauce with it

Do you have UK style Chip Shops in America? Battered fish from a proper chippy will beat it hands down
