First time visit to Kestrels

Couple, (M&F) planning a first time visit to Kestrels on a Monday afternoon late April is looking good for use for the spa. Any advise welcomed. (ie what to wear, what to expect etc)

It’s unlikely to be all that busy, but you’ll have fun. Most people are naked or are just in a towel during the day. We’ve always found it relaxed there. As ever, don’t go with any expectations - just enjoy the facilities (and don’t forget the cinema!)

We made our first visit a Sunday (two days ago) ... it is naked/towel or lingerie for the ladies - so an easy intro. Plus many more people. You can hide in plain view so to speak. Can give you pointers, x A & G
