to the most amazing patisserie in the world. They do any cake/tart/pastry you can think of and you are allowed two. Which ones would you choose?

Covent Garden

Anything made using Çinnamon. I mean lashings of it. It really must taste cinnamon'y. Cinnamon cake, Çinnamon pastry, Çinnamon tart, Çinnamon loaf, ...and so forth.

In essence: cinnamon.

It would take some doing to beat the chocolate éclair I had in a small patisserie in Strasbourg

I would go back just for that

Baklava and something lemony. I don't know what it is yet but as it's the most amazing patisserie in the world I will when I see it.

I have never yet had a nicer finger licking baked foodstuff than an apple donut with crumble icing on top.

Lemon meringue pie with the meringue on top being devinely soft.

No one does that anymore and it's truly rubbish.

Ooo a proper, warm cinnamon bun with alllllll the glaze.

Also love a good beignet. If you’ve not been to New Orleans it’s worth a trip just for them!
