I've had one of those days so far where I've done lots of things but feel like I've achieved nothing. Do you have days like that where nothing seems to actually get finished?

Covent Garden

I experience this phenomena every Monday morning with my ever-burgeoning InBox. Playing email catch-up is a losing game. Overall I achieve very little as a consequence.

Even after doing them back to square one days have become years and still no further forward like banging your head against the wall

Most days are like that for me.

I did manage to make the bed yesterday, so that was actually an achievement.

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

Frequently, yes. It's frustrating when you've identified a problem a patient presents with, make an appropriate onward referral and are told the waiting lists are so long that it won't be addressed anytime soon
