Once again I have to take a day off work for them to come and fix my radiator. Twice before they failed to come.

Anyone else had this problem or is it just me.

Oh, and they haven't sent me a text to tell me what time.

Use a good local trader. Parents, brothers families, neighbour and myself have been using same one for years. Reliable and good pricing.

southampton

Terrible outfit, used to have3 star cover but just kept increasing the cost & penalised me for calling them out once in 8yrs.

Quoted £5k for a lesser boiler than I wanted which apparently included discount but got the better one from an independent for £3k.

King's Crustacean

I booked an engineer and had to wait about 5-7 days but that's okay.

Appointment day came and I stayed in ......

I tried to track the bloke on the site but it said I didn't have an appt

I phoned them up n they said yes you do.

I said but the time has past and they said wait till 4.30 def be there.

Then they said wait till 6p.m. Def be there .

Then they said wait till 8 p.m.

12 hours n no one showed.

I called back the next day and they do the apologetic thing and say they can do a appt about a week later.....

I went on n on n on n on n on and they offered me money n I said NO.... that's fooking insulting and I went on n on n on n on n on ( calmly )

Then all of a sudden he said ...... ' would you like an engineer to call today?

And I said ... Yes..... and he did....

Two days later a gas blokey phone n said.... I believe your engineer was a little late!!!! n I went on n on n on n on n on.

I had a text earlier said they would of been here by now, but he still hasn't turned up.

The last time they canceled because they said the job would take 3 hours and they didn't have time that day. But it's only a few screws and a couple of connections. I can't see it taking more than 30mins.

just somewhere around here

We had BG booked to fitted full central heating in my elderly mums house, we had mum put into temporary care for two weeks whilst the work was done.

Hours before they were due to turn up they cancelled ....they lost 8k worth of Business that day and two separate customers as we switched suppliers for us and my mum that day
