What exactly do people mean by that? I honestly had not heard the term before I joined this site. Does it simply mean the person being accused of it is perceived as being arrogant?

I think Robert de Niro is great but I have no desire to lick his ass or stick my head up it. I just admire him as I do many people I know. Well I think I get the general gist now, it's a ridiculous term and pretty illogical. Thanks all

There was a chap a few years back who specialised in this and would let you watch him do it on cam. Not that I ever watched but some apparently did.
