A driving licence based on false papers isn't a driving licence. It's a worthless bit of paper. The OP reads ".......... For "us locals" neither driving without insurance nor driving without a licence are punishable with a jail sentence, The maximum punishment being a fine, points and ban. Though driving when a licence has been revoked is punishable with a maximum sentence of 6 months. But let's not worry about facts | |||
