It's worth getting yourselves measured professionally.

Many large department stores offer this service. It's free and you don't even need to buy from them.

You'll be surprised how many wear the wrong size.

Worth doing every 3-5 years.

I had mine measured recently at a prestigious underwear shop in London and was pleased that I was smaller in the back but larger in cup than I thought I was.

whilst nothing happened to my tits during puberty .. i still hold out hope that it may still occur during the menopause and i may qualify for bra before my 50th birthday .. glass half full and all of that !!

And some stores bras don't fit the same as another, I've been measured as a 32dd in m&s, la senza and debenhams but I own bras in different brands in a 32dd, 34d, 32e and 32f!! Lol x

I hate bra shopping with a passion it takes so long I have try on so many to find ones that fit properly. I also hate buying basques the sales assistant and I are in the changing room for hours with her hooking me into different sizes. It's worth it in the end though

i get measured every six months. ive gone up from 36g to 36hh in the last year!

I was thinking about getting measured yesterday I will have to pop in to bramissimo as last time I went they measured me 2 sizes bigger in the cup I was amazed lol

I try and get measured if I go to other shops rather than debenhams.

Especially in m&s as the sods put big sizes on the bottom rack grrrrr

and me, i got measured in one store and came out a 36D and got measured in another only about 3 months later and was a 38EE
