Do you like this word?

I think it's more divisive than Marmite. Personally I find incredibly sexy but can't bring myself to ever say it when intimate. I'm far from shy too. Strange that.

I would say that it depends on the context.

It’s not normally a word I would use but if she were to lean close to me and whisper in my ear ‘I want you to fuck my cunt’, I think that might work. Context is everything..

In Scotland it’s often used to replace the word “person” so it’s not always used as a derogatory word here. I have no problem using it but I wouldn’t use it while being intimate with someone.

Travelling

It's a word. Nothing more and nothing less. Context and intent give it the power, with a little dose of "I can't disassociate" as a trigger.

Its replaced fuck for being that impact word, overall more acceptable in the UK then US, but still now that Fuck is overused it's taboo has been passed on to Cunt as the reigning champion of shock value when it's whipped out.

Even has a fair bit of versatility to rival fuck, but not quite.

As an insult no .

Sexually absolutely.

To me it is far more erotic and sophisticated than the other terms that get banded about.

I'm not interested in someone who wants to lick my pussy . I could be in someone who wants to devour my cunt.

It can be a linguistic minefield for guys sometimes. I have a pretty good idea of what you like and what you don’t. But dropping in the wrong word at that vital first filthy moment can really kill the mood.

Whereas choosing between ‘dick’ and ‘cock’ when you’re talking to a bloke doesn’t seem to be quite so important.

Yes, couldn't agree more. I can remember the woman I was with saying to me "I want to to fuck my cunt" that was just so fcuking hot to hear.

It's all about context, she would consider that word extremely derogatory used in any other way.

what is it that makes a word offensive.

for example,

Excrement vs Shit, for me the former sounds worse and doesnt roll of the tongue, but its the latter that is vulgar.

same with Urine vs Piss

the list goes on.

Personally i dont find any word vulgar or bad. its just bullshit.

I really like it and a few on here I’ve met use it and enjoy hearing it intimately, in all kinds of ways with other words, to the point it’s become a very normal part of sex.

If I go back 5 years I would hold the opposite view, I would never dare say it during sex. I love how people develop each other on here
