In Scotland it’s often used to replace the word “person” so it’s not always used as a derogatory word here. I have no problem using it but I wouldn’t use it while being intimate with someone.

It can be a linguistic minefield for guys sometimes. I have a pretty good idea of what you like and what you don’t. But dropping in the wrong word at that vital first filthy moment can really kill the mood.
