Wednesdays are generally my fuck off day. So definitely.

No. I haven't had any alcohol since 28th January. I only drink when I'm out with friends, I don't see the point in drinking in the house.

This is my problem too, I bought a mini eggs chocolate bar cos it was only a quid today. That's tonight's treat!

I've had a fucked up day. I took two days off work waiting for someone to come and do some work on my house and they haven't turned up.

So now I'm thinking a trip for marks and sparks for a bottle of port.
