I'm not going to count biscuits and crisps because they're a necessity not sweets, sweets I don't really eat unless I see large Parma violets then I have to buy them and scoff them, so maybe a packet or 2 a month, oh and about the same amount of xxtra strong mints which I like to suck when I'm driving

Yes. I mean actual sweets too, mints are good and yes. I looked it up and apparently dark choclate doesnt doesnt count as sweet because it is bitter and less sweet than milk chocolate

Too many

As I get older I know I have to cut back. Biggest worry would be type 2 diabetes at this stage so making a real effort to cut back.

More nuts

Sweets... One week of the month I tend to want them. I've been known to eat crisps and midget gems together. Other times not much.

I can make a chocolate bar or pack of sweets last a while.

Others will finish them off before I do.

Rarely eat jelly sweets or boiled sweets.

I eat a few packs of either 2 finger KitKats or Wagon Wheels, plus the occasional bar of chocolate.

They substitute the meals I'm skipping.
