This is probably a bit deep, but I'd tell my younger self to put themself first for a change, rather than sacrifice their own desires, experiences, excitement and enjoyment for the sake of other people.

No I wasted my time (a lot of time) crushing on her from afar like a loser... I never worked up the courage to ask her out and it just made everything awkward. It all ended in misery.
