I often wing half a shot of cointreau in an espresso martini as well and it gives it a lovely chocolate orange tinge...and cut the kaluha shot in half if you want it to taste less horsepowery

It’s healthy, it’s got fruit in it!

Mine. - red wine. Brandy. Cokecola (Yes, you read that right) soda water and fruit. Apples oranges. Etc.

"Horse's neck..

There’s times in my life I need to stop and pause and face the fact that everything I know came from times I asked questions. And this is one of those times.

What is a horses neck?

Is that the mane question of the night

I wanted the answer straight from the horses mouth.

I can't believe I'm the only person here that knows this. It's a brandy (for me), or bourbon, mixed with a dry ginger ale, ice and a slice of lemon peel if you want to be totally correct...

it sounds like an older style drink.

And sounds quite nice.

@1890 according to wiki....I encountered it in the Navy as an alternative to gin & tonic, which I can't stand..."

I may try this one day. It’s now in my repertoire

It was really lovely and a big difference to what I’d normally have sat alone.

Just nobody to dance with though … ….
