Chelmsford

A policeman from a place called West Mercia which cannot find on any map was caught speeding in his private car and hatched a plot with his family to take the blame.

The foolish Bobby then bragged about it to colleagues and he was outed as a criminal for perverting justice.

What have fabbers bragged about that got them into trouble?

They took the name from the Anglo Saxon kingdom of Mercia

Anyone who drives a car speeds but he is part of the holyer than though brigade who punishes the criminal public for doing so, i hope the judge throws the book at him to teach him a lesson

Mercia used to be the 'capital' of England way back Tom, before the Londinium brigade turned up to bugger up everyones life
