What helped me when I started exploring BDSM was to read a load of smut. I'd think about what turned me on in each story and why I found it arousing, what turned me off and what it was that didn't appeal about it.

I watched a lot of amateur BDSM porn and put the same thought process into it, and ended up coming up with some ideas of what I might like to try with the right person.

In reality my kinks were very different to what I thought they'd be, but it gave me a place to start exploring from.

OP I would take the test again another day. The results don’t really make much sense at all.

Do your research into the world of kink first and see what your turn ons and offs are now. They are likely to develop and change on your journey.

If you haven’t already, read up about ADHD and sex. From memory it leads to easily getting bored/ distracted and unable to focus. It sounds like that’s reflected in your results and the 100% switch nature of what’s going on for you? If any of that resonates I would start with centring practices that help you be more in the moment to really enjoy whatever you do eg meditation/ yoga etc

Yeah, I have read up on it loads and searched through google on all sorts of things. Trauma responses, cycles, impulsive behaviour and desires. A lot of the scores makes sense as a lot of my attractions are inner childhood wounds acting out. However I am not sure what's going to feel healthy or not. As well as fun, that's why I asked if anyone can help.

I like the most common BDSM test.

If I am going to play with someone I like to see their test results to see (as part of a process whether) we are compatible.

I take one of three views of OPs results, (I am not saying I am right but merely giving a view), either the questions were not answered properly or OP has a personality of extreme settings, or OP has little kink experience, or all of the above in any combination.

However,it is similar to all labels, they don't define you (unless you want to be defined by a label) they are merely guides.

What to do with the results, if it is all new to you explore what they mean and see which resonate. As you get experience the results may change.

I'd search some BDSM porn and try a few things out.

You may find your results change.

My interpretation is that you like to rope your partner up whilst they are dressed in a school uniform, you give them a good bit of impact play and then you switch places.

Google and research every term which has a high percentage. While reading, work out what applies to you and that you find appealing.

The bdsm test is not going to tell you your kinks, it gives you a list of roles your answers suggest you may be interested in. The multiple 100% percentages are because each item on that list is determined individually by your answers.

I'd suggest you are a switch interested in bondage, (rope) who likes the idea of public play (exhibitionist and degradation)

Maybe start there.

Possibly because I am rubbish at maths and I am not a literal person I have no problems with the scoring. I don't see all the roles adding up as in pie chart. More that in each role from 1 to 100 how intensely would you perform in that role. The roles appear to contradict only if you believe humans are not contradictory. My experience is that they can be, even to themselves.

Nope. When I'm in that headspace I'm 100% a sadist. When I'm wanting to be hurt I'm 100% a masochist.
