Others would call it dinner….but I’m with you OP on the phrase Tea as the evening meal!!

And this evening I’m off for to a restaurant for a work gathering and I plan to have 3 courses with the starter consisting of a fish kind, the main being either beef or chicken and the dessert has to contain chocolate of some sort

No but it does keep the diabetes under control so bearable! Some people buy same drug to loose weight I wouldn't do that ! X

I got home while it was light for the 1st time in god knows how long. So it was homemade jerk chicken rice and peas with potatoe salad and Slaw

. That now also lunch for tomorrow.
