You’ve balanced things out nicely there, OP!

I do it too. Don’t beat yourself up if you slip and remember you can’t live a miserable existence. If chocolate helps, you nosh away!

Oh I definitely do the same. Every Friday, I do cleaning and then when I go on my evening walk just before I cook my supper, I pass a chip shop and always get 2 potato fritters as a treat for getting through the week

Used to do 2 hours of Muay Thai training, get showered and straight to the local for a pub quiz and a refreshment or several.
