Hi me and my swinging partner are trying to set up a couples account but having an issue

The account won't go live until we've sent a photo verification, we've tried sending it 3 times so far even with different pictures but still no luck so we are stuck at the final set up page before being able to use it, this has been going on since yesterday I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or know how to resolve it before we try again making another account

It's weird cause we both keep seeing new profiles pop up online without even being photo verified so we dunno why we're stuck

Any help or advice will be appreciated, cheers

I set up a couples account last year and it took almost a full day before the verification pic was accepted.

You have to make sure that both sets of hands are clearly visible on the sign you are holding.

Ah I think we forgot about the hands actually we'll take a new one with that now thank you
