First offence? You have any speeding points already? Likely you'll get 3 points and £100 fine - if you're lucky they'll offer you a speed awareness course.

Probably a speed awareness coarse

If caught again in the next three years after that it will be three points on licence and £100 fine

If the 3 points were for speeding, then you'll probably be offered a speed awareness course, which you still have to pay about £90 to attend.

Sorry to say that they are three mph over four a speed awareness course. So it's points and a fine...

Way over the scope for a speed awareness, that normally ends at +10mph on a single carriageway.

They showed me the guidance for it usually you get the speed awareness course for 13 miles an hour over a 40 limit after that it’s a the discretion of the officer
