Ahhh you mentioned Off Menu first. I absolutely love it and genuinely can't think of a favourite episode. Maybe the Greg Davies or Tim Key one or any where James loses it over the dessert

I know he's polarising these days...but I still like Joe Rogan. It shouldn't need to be said...I don't agree with everything he says.

But he has interesting guests...and I prefer the long form Interviews he does with those guests.

Dubland used to have me cracking up - they’re only just back online after a break but the back shows are worth a listen if you’re looking for comedy

I started listening to this but stopped for a bit. I need to keep watching the episode beforehand so I can listen to the podcast.

I’m going to be looking through this list later as I need a new podcast. Just finishing Once upon a time in the valley/bennington college.

I’ve been trying to find a good source for audiobooks without bankrupting myself. Currently interested in American Psycho, terry pratchet, Neil gaimen, Goldfinch, hunter s Thomson books and interviews.

I struggle bro find podcasts that don't feel to me like I'm listening in to someone else's not very interesting conversation. I think I'll give a couple of the suggestions here a go

I found anything with Louis Theroux in it to be very entertaining and interesting and I laughed at Josh Widdicombe and Rob Beckett Parenting Hell.

Behind the Bastards is good for a breakdown of bad people

Knowledge Fight is excellent if you want a breakdown of Alex Jones (don't listen to too much in one sitting, even with the injection of sanity, Jones is crazy making)

I find Louis Theroux to be a good guest but needs to have an interesting guest on his own podcast, the Boy George one was amazing.

West Wales and Cardiff

Shreds (if it’s still available).

It covers the horrible case of the Cardiff Three, who were wrongly convicted of murder.

I thought I knew the case inside out for over 40 years, but there was stuff in it that left me shocked and angered. The behaviour of elements within South Wales Police was just astoundingly vile (and I’m not someone who hates the police).

It’s not a fun listen, but a vital one.
