I used to buy one of those big pre cut pineapple pack from a well known supermarket and have that for my lunch. I used to wonder why my tongue would seem to cut or 'split' and then I heard about these enzymes. | |||

Obviously there's no significant damage, otherwise they wouldnt be selling in Tesco, but it can cause quite a painful sensation. | |||
