Hard agree! It's perfection confection, especially the buttery, melt in the mouth variety. The way it begins off hard-ish, then crumbles into a heavenly paste, disappearing slowly down my throat. Yes,I'm a fan

Have always loved it but really enjoy Galette du Petit Dejeuner that my lovely french friend gave me a recipe for.
