Although these are all 2000s era. I wouldn't listen to much of this stuff now, but I remember downloading stuff on limewire or kazaa despite it taking a week on dial up then burning onto CDs and playing the tunes loudly, windows down, whilst driving (in my mum's Fiesta) thinking I was da shit

90's R&B isn't even R&B. Rhythm and Blues it ain't. Much prefer the Blues Brothers to that 90's twaddle with women wailing like banshees!

If I ruled the world - Nas

Gin N Juice - Snoop (tickets to see him on 28th!!)

Let me blow your mind - Eve

Low- Flow Rida

Be Faithful - Fat Man Scoop

Family Affair- Mary J Blige

So many more. I love it so much it’s a key feature of my profile. But it’s not obligatory in meeting me. But I might be overly excited to share the silly euphoric joy and dancing to it.

"In Heaven (club in London CX arches) in the RnB room... The music sooooo good...

I was slinking on my own in the corner... Before I knew it, I had three guys grinding up beside me...

The grins, the grove... I had to share my arse grinding between them... A girl can't be unfriendly with so much attention can she?

Ah-huh, a yeah, a yeah..."

Sounds like me … except I use to go to the limelight and club o in soho.. but the r’n’b rooms there were legendary

I don’t think you can get away with grinding theses day unless it is female started, but those days were wild!

"Spotify playlist just done now. Thanks all"

Funny enough I did a playlist a few years ago.. I call it my “blacklist” cause it comes out in the summer or at parties.. I May update it with a few suggestions here…

Haha yes, I instigated it and actually it didn't feel at all wild. It was all consenting and we did have our clothes on... They did move over in respectful way, keeping to my rhythm and getting sync as they approached. It felt slinky and very sophisticated...and the grooving felt so right...

Missed this yesterday, but could go on forever about this era of RnB.

Jagged Edge - Walked Outta Heaven

Sisqo - Incomplete

Anything by 112, especially sweet love.

The now taboo R-Kelly

All songs that I've completely killed on karaoke. Definitely my go to music choice when I need cheering up and a sing along

I had that Mark Morrison single on a tape

I saw The Fugees at Brixton- surrounded by clouds of puff and the a helicopter landed on the stage. Blew my tiny brain.
