My cat has just done the mother of all poo's in her box. Turned and looked at me like ' you fart in my face at night so yea, i did that now clear it up bitch'!

Do your pets do things you do? Look at you and you know they are thinking like you?

Cats are complex , basically they are not ours, we are their humans. I’ve been adopted by the one next door recently.

Yes, my dog absolutely loves a bath and being wrapped up in his bathrobe ready for a snooze on the sofa.

He likes his feet being rubbed.

He likes a banana or a sausage in the morning.

He's a labrador

My cat aged 21 does not leave the house, she uses her litter tray, but if I do not empty it within a week, she obviously feels it is too foul and so uses the floor in the dining room.

No i do not take a crap on the floor if I am in the bathroom, but it does remind me of SE Asian loos on trains or at service stations (mind where you step and get some smelling salts).

Litter trays should be cleaned daily. House must stink.

If I was the cat I'd shit on your floor too for leaving a litter tray that long before you cleaned it... the smell of wee and poo must be delightful

Wow, who rattled your cage?

It is spot-cleaned every day (i.e. any pooh removed) and the litter usually replaced every five days (advice is at least once a week).

Luckily I live in a mansion, so cannot smell the cat box from the west wing, and usually the butler or maid is asked to replace the litter.

When they sit on a chair at your dinner table and stare at you, just a pair of intense eyes and little ears pricked above the table horizon. And you obviously then have to offer them a bit.

My Shepweiler (more German Shepherd than Rottweiler, his sister is more Rottweiler than German Shepherd) loves to climb on the sofa, scoot up behind me so he’s got one paw behind my shoulders and the other paw he puts on my chest so it’s like he’s giving a cuddle from behind. I love it, he’s a big furry lump of love.

What do you get if you cross a Rottweiler with Lassie?

A dog that rips your arm off and then goes for help.

?

When I used to tell my dog to stop doing something, he used to look me straight in the eye and continue doing whatever he was doing, but in slow motion...it was like having an obnoxious teenager in the house at times!

But, much as he used to drive me up the wall, I wish he was still here to be naughty

I believe we have the most human dog going. She moans until she gets her tea in the morning. She sits and cries for the kids until they are all back in the house.. And she sits like a human and paws at you, as if to say "stop looking at me like that"
