Hmm, depends on my mood, sometimes just a couple poached on toast, more often scrambled on toast with either some avocado, smoked salmon, or occasionally just ketchup.

I only like eggs when they're poached or hard boiled.

Particularly don't like scrambled egg.

Either fried with the yolk still runny or scrambled. Either of those on avocado toast with black pepper
