I've had more taken off before too

What's the most you've done in one haircut? How drastic have you been?

My latest haircut is a very sore subject

. My hair used to be half way down my back until it got in my way so I took a pair of scissors to it and now it’s above my shoulders.

It does doesn't it. You go in, look in the mirror and just figure "what the hell".

This normally happens during cold weather as well. No idea why. Thank god for scarves

It does doesn't it. You go in, look in the mirror and just figure "what the hell".

This normally happens during cold weather as well. No idea why. Thank god for scarves

I know! Why oh why did I do that? Oh yeah it’s so much easier short. But now I just wear a fluffy hat most of the time

Oh no

, our daughter done the same thing, thought she would cut herself a little fringe and it took me about 2 days to notice that something was off

Shaved it all down to a grade 1 during the first lockdown. I got desperate and immediately regretted it. I do not suit the buzz cut

Easily 8 inches. I've went from mid to low back to a bob. Was even more when I was younger but I barely remember that

When I was 13 I had long hair down to the small of my back I hated it I was a tomboy, so I saved my pocket money and birthday money and bought hair clippers and shaved my head grade 2, I loved it, my parents not so much!

About 5 years ago we had a really hot summer and I had hair all the way down my back. I got so sick of it, I chopped it to above the shoulder myself, a good 10 inches. Never again, I’m still trying to grow it back!

I went from nearly bum length to chin length just before Christmas. I miss it long but I've been drinking plant fertiliser every day to give it a boost.

I shaved off my waist length hair to grade 2 during lockdown. My sister was an ICU nurse at the time and I was trying to raise money for her and her colleagues to have a party once it was all over as a thank you from the community. She also shaved hers and we made a couple of thousand. They've still not had their party!

used to have hair down to my hips... and then after a bad camping trip, came back and went to hairdres and had it all cut off!!! Was asked if I was doing it for charity and the shocked looks when I got home as no one knew
