Approach with caution

Are you as approachable as you appear?

Does the cover of the book reflect the inside?

Situations and moods will obviously play a factor in this, but in general as a core part of you, are you approachable?

I am in reality extremely approachable and welcoming unless given good reason not to be. However I may appear to be slightly less so, my awkwardness and weirdness at times may make me seem a lot less friendly than I am.

Carlisle usually

I have a pretty solid "You can fuck off now" resting bitch face.

It's rare anyone approaches me in public. I'm happy with that.

In general, I'm very cold and distant with new people. My friends get to see the warm and fluffy side though.

I am approachable, but my dog puts people off so that is a positive (except for the other sodding dog walkers who insist on talking to me - which really pisses my dog off).

I’m very friendly and approachable on here and in real life. Sometimes on here my sarcasm misses the mark and makes me sound like I’m bitching, but I rarely am. I’m fact, I find it hard to take most things seriously.

I am very approachable. I have the opposite of resting bitch face, resting "come and have a chat with me, especially if you're a grade A loony" face.

It's always funny in work the first time someone sees me driving an aggressive negotiation - since they don't come around that often it's always a shock for someone who hasn't seen me in that environment before and assumes I'll cave easily.

I've always been approachable which can be good but also a curse.

I was always the one girls approached to ask about my mates but at the same time in 30 years of management a lot of difficult situations were diffused because people on both sides knew they could approach me.

At the same time I'm not a doormat so while anyone can approach they may not always get the response they expect or require.

Resting bitch face is not.

It is when your face naturally, when your muscles relax and are in their default state, takes the look of somebody in a bad mood or with a bad attitude. Regardless of your actual mood at that time.

Everything is controled by the mind/emotions and thought process at that given time.

We do have some level of choice of how we want to be and to come across and potray an image or message facial expression and whole body language shows so.

We're easy going, there's no point in the drama, some here seem to get, or give.

If you're sound in your relationship as a couple and meet likeminded couples too or ladies, our preferences, then a great time is had by all.

You do however sense that some are being coerced into the scene, that doesn't present itself as either approachable nor an area where we would want to be.

People constantly say things like “why are you in a bad mood?” “Everything okay?, you look grumpy”. Even when I’m in the best mood. It’s subconscious, I can’t control how my face is when it’s relaxed. Walking around with a big grin on my face all day to look more approachable is just daft.

.. i hear you!

So why should a grin on your face matter to the wider existance around you?? Its their opinion and Assumption of what they wish to read of you, from limited information about you!

But it has become your facial habit with that type of face expression and you do it subconciously daily or mostly!

Just my observation of what you have shared with us,thats all.

"Lol after being to England multiple times. The majority expecialy in big cities are super unapproachable. I would smile and say hi how are you. I just get glared at expecialy on public transportation.

I hope I'm approachable. I'm friendly as they come. With an average Joe face.

"I’m more approachable than I look. I have serious RBF but if someone came up to me in public I’d always be nice and polite. I don’t get approached very often though probably because of the way I look

I would definitely approach you

According to the lack of people that approach me everyday, I would say I am not approachable.
