I've seen this mentioned on a few profiles recently, most new profiles - but I've no idea what it is.

I've tried doing some googling, but returned nothing, so I'm assuming it some of phishing scam or similar.

Has anyone else come across this? And if so, am I right, is it something to be suspicious of? Should I be reporting these profiles?
