I don't care what people are into, but I don't find feet remotely sexy, and my personal experience of people with that particular fetish was that they seemed to forget there was a real live human attached to the feet. For me, it's now an immediate no when mentioned.

As others have said, it’s how you present it to others. If you’re scattergunning out messages where it’s clear that’s your sole focus, you will get aggie replies. If your focus is the person first, and you wait a while to connect, and introduce your interest, I think you’ll have more favourable responses.
