Tuesday's Irksome Rant

Couples and Ladies.. Whilst reading your Profiles almost 100% of them contain the lines "no dick pics".. "no I can't meet now" and " one liners will not get our Attention"..So If I or any other Gentleman worth his salt is prepared to write a nice coherent well thought out message,, without the dick pic but with the " face pic".. Do you not think that a reply with either "no thanks".. " Hello thanks for messaging etc etc would be nice, Double standards springs to mind,, if I make the effort surely you should. Rant ovet

Personally we always try to respond to a message but it can take time due to the daily volume but we do try we like to treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves

Nobody is under any obligation whatsoever to reply to any message.

I have replied with a no thanks a few times and had them followed up with a "why not" as if they were entitled to some sort of explanation.

Can only imagine how bad this must be for women or couples, I find it bad enough being a CD.

Because half the time the “no thanks” isn’t accepted as a polite enough reply or it’s followed up with “why” or sometimes abuse.

I try to reply to a lot of messages we get but sometimes , truthfully I can’t be bothered.

Sorry, your right. I do not use the Forum much and my post was more aimed at a reply rather than reading the message and not responding. As to the "anyman worth his salt", that again was more aimed at men that message respectfully and politely.

It is indeed a double standard. Also there are some extremely bratty,entitled demands from a lot of women on profiles that would not be tolorated on a man's. But this is fab and a swingers world where most women are an object of desire, so there is a leeway that may nit exist in the outside world

I'll have you know I am exactly as bratty and hostile in the real world. And it works equally as well at filtering out the people I don't want to deal with there too

It's not rude not to reply.

Some ladies and couples get hundreds of messages a day so it simply isn't possible for them to reply to everyone. If you don't get a response, you should assume they aren't interested. If you're getting a lot of "no-replies" then you should consider your profile and the messages you send. Are they giving the right message? Are you standing out from the thousands of other guys on here?
