brentwood

2in thick ribeye seasoned with Maldon salt black pepper and garlic powder sous vide 56c for 1 hour then fire up the Kamado bbq as high as possible drip steak then rub with oil I use avocado for the high smoke point then add steak 30 seconds flip then 30 seconds and repeat until medium rare roughly 2 minutes per side and a nice crust has formed then rest for 5 minutes with rosemary and thyme compound butter slice and serve with golden triple cooked chips and a fried duck egg
