So their new tour they do 2 shows

Good Idea ?

I’m assuming set 1 new album stuff and a few bangers

Set 2 more bangers

Getting old now

Saves doing 2 tours ?

Makes sense to me. They have a huge catalogue, and they’re most likely bored of playing the same material over and over. It also allows them to better prepare the over all act imho if they do as you say and split between the new and the old.

Saw them back in 2006 doing Master Of Puppets anniversary tour. I’d like to see them again but I can see them cutting back on touring as they get older

I think that’s why they are doing this tour like this

The dates roll into next year now but big time off gaps in between

They’ve earned it

"They should have stopped after And Justice for all."

Yes 100%

Saw them just after Cliff died (one of Jason's first gigs)

The Justice tour was fucking awesome, they did a Wembley arena show as a warm up for an American tour where the did loads of old stuff but after that they just became another enormo dome band... Robert Trujillo is an awesome Bass player but he's not Metallica

And Lars is a prick

They changed so much

I saw them at Monsters of Rock (Download) all wearing matching black outfits like sine kind of boy band.

The the Napster stuff

What a bunch of complete wankers they turned into with a little bit of commercial success.

They became everything that they weren’t before and the opposite of why I liked them

I’ve heard the odd song they have sine on the last 25 Years and just think what the fuck I’d this shit, it’s heavy metal for townies , they are like take that or JLS with the bass turned up a bit, but not as good
