Failing that a standard razor with hair conditioner rather than shaving gel or foam. Never fails.

I posted joke answers last time we had a thread about this, so I’ll take it seriously this time.

I visit an order of vestal virgins who pluck the hairs out one by one using steel tweezers they’ve warmed in a bath of scented oil. It takes a few hours but my balls stay silky smooth for a couple of months afterwards, so I think it’s time well invested.
